The countdown is on!  We are finishing another school year at Fairview, but the opportunities for learning and school connections don't end on May 29th.  We have two unique programs that will run through the summer - summer book exchange and summer lunch program.

The summer book exchange allows us to open our library doors every Wednesday from 10am-12pm.  During this time, learners are able to explore and borrow books from the school library.  This not only allows them to keep learning and growing as readers, but it helps keep them connected to the school throughout the summer.  This is especially important for reluctant or struggling learners!

The summer lunch program is being offered once again at Fairview Elementary every weekday from 11:30-12:15.  Children 0-18 are free and adults who accompany them can eat lunch for $4.  The menu, schedule, and volunteer opportunities are all attached here.

Please take advantage of these amazing programs to keep children connected to school and healthy over the summer break.  We look forward to welcoming them all back next year!
